Mihalisin and Philip Walling accept a wide range of commissions from
corporate to private, large and small. The artists feel comfortable
working closely with clients and consultants to develop highly refined
palettes and layouts that are designed for specific environments. The process involves one or more initial consultations to determine the objectives of the project. In the case where the client requires the artists to visit the site, the client will provide transportation for both artists. After the critical information has been determined, the artists will provide schematic layouts, glass and concrete samples, and a contract to the client. The contract includes the cost of the project, the timeline for the project and a guarantee that the sculpture will abide by the same structural and aesthetic standards of all Mihalisin/Walling work. At this point, if the client accepts the project, the contract will be signed and returned to the artists along with a 50% deposit. The deposit is fully refundable if the artists fail to comply with any contractual requirements. The client will pay the remaining balance within thirty days of installation or be charged a monthly interest rate. |
